We asked respondents to identify the kinds of workforce risk they perceive as difficulties for their Firm’s ability to accomplish success. When introduced with a listing of possible sources of workforce risk (across seventeen exterior and 11 internal resources) and asked to rank the 5 most important risks, problems which include lessening turnove
